PHILLIPS & KINGSLEY BIG BUSINESS, BIG BALLS

 David Phillips first demonstrated his leadership abilities as the newsroom manager at LNN. He later transitioned into the private sector, becoming a regional manager for Burger Shot, where he rose through the ranks to CEO. Building on his success, he ultimately went on to serve as Vice Governor of San Andreas. 

As a former San Andreas State Police Inspector, Alex Kingsley has always looked out for citizens of San Andreas, whether they be farmers of Roxwood or office workers of Los Santos.
